Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Manager of Compliance to lead the department’s monitoring, auditing and reporting activities from a remote location while residing in Indiana.

You will oversee contract updates, compliance assessments and corrective action plans to mitigate risk. Responsibilities include collaboration with Health Plans and States, management of regulatory communications, licensure administration, RFP support and delivery of annual employee training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, compliance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of compliance experience including risk assessment, auditing, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage approval and submission of contract and regulatory deliverables.
• Oversee contract updates with Health Plans, States and consultants/vendors.
• Conduct periodic assessments for compliance against contract requirements.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to reduce compliance risk.
• Collaborate with Health Plans and States to improve satisfaction with delegated functions.
• Manage review and submission of consumer and provider communications.
• Prepare responses to state regulatory complaints and inquiries.
• Determine licensure requirements and maintain ongoing licensure activity.
• Support RFP responses and new business implementations with compliance tasks.
• Design, implement and improve processes to prevent, detect and address compliance issues.
• Create and deliver annual compliance training for all employees.
