Job summary

JLL's Global Accounting Compliance (GAC) team oversees SOX, SOC 1/2, and ESG control assurance for JLL's global operations. We seek a Senior Auditor to provide day-to-day support across these pillars, primarily for SOX, with flexibility as demands shift.

In this floating role you will lead walkthroughs, prepare audit-ready documentation, coordinate with HR, Treasury and Tax, and help strengthen JLL's control environment while building broad expertise across multiple pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience with a focus on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in publicly traded companies; internal audit, external/public accounting, and/or SOC engagement experience also relevant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting; strong ability to learn new software platforms.
• Self-starter with high integrity and ability to operate independently across a multi-pillar workload.

Responsibilities

• Flex across the SOX, SOCR, and ESG Control Assurance pillars based on team needs.
• Lead end-to-end walkthroughs to confirm controls and risks and to identify gaps.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and test procedures; refine control language and flows.
• Engage HR, Treasury, Tax and other stakeholders to gather information and communicate recommendations.
• Evaluate findings, coordinate remediation of deficiencies, and summarize issues for Management.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of SOX testing; coordinate with External Auditors for SOC engagements; assist ESG framework.
• Supervise and review work of team members and co-sourced resources.
