Job summary

The University of Colorado System Administration is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Employee Services team in Denver, with remote work within Colorado. You will support complex compensation analysis, pay range updates, and merit processes to attract and retain talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with HR colleagues and department leaders, provide guidance on compensation data, and help optimize programs including AI-enabled tools and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional HR compensation experience preferred.
• 3+ years in HR compensation or related function.
• Experience reviewing pay ranges and administering compensation programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual compensation cycles, including pay range updates and merit actions.
• Support job level and classification reviews and data integrity.
• Provide guidance to HR Partners on compensation decisions and internal equity.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to AI-enabled compensation practices.
