Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill a Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead role in the United States. You will own end-to-end commissions forecasting in FP&A, Sales Ops, and People, building explainable models for quotas, plans, and geographies.

You will design and evolve global sales compensation programs, translate GTM strategy into measurable mechanics, and partner with executives to govern plans and enable field teams. Remote US work is supported.

Qualificações

• 6 years of experience in FP&A, sales compensation, incentive compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a closely related analytical discipline.
