Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist based in the United States. This high-visibility individual contributor will own resource planning, OPEX governance, and capacity across complex programs, building data-driven models that bridge demand with workforce supply and priorities.

You’ll collaborate with project controls, program management, operations, finance, product, and leadership to identify gaps and deliver practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with resource models, capacity plans, dashboards, and scenario analyses.
• Experience in project controls, governance, or workforce planning.
• Ability to influence across squads in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term resource planning across teams.
• Build resource supply-and-demand models including vacancies, skills, and capacity.
• Develop scenario plans, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility.
• Identify gaps and risks, translating into actionable options for leaders.
• Align resource plans with schedules, budgets, and priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance sessions.
• Translate data into concise executive recommendations.
