Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Project Manager to oversee integrated commissioning for a portfolio of utility-scale projects. You will lead planning, energization, testing, turnover, and commercial operation, coordinating PV, HV, and BESS scopes under EPC contracts.

The role requires seasoned leadership across multiple scopes, strong safety practices, and the ability to forecast risks and costs. Remote with Midwest travel, salary ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commissioning, startup, testing, or project delivery for utility-scale facilities.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex commissioning or multi-project delivery.
• Experience with EPC contracts and utility interconnection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated commissioning delivery across 4-5 EPC projects with multiple scopes.
• Establish strategy, governance, milestones, and readiness gates for each project.
• Coordinate cross-scope readiness reviews and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide status, risk, and performance reporting to executives and customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
