Zusammenfassung

ReSource Pro is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to serve as the main technical expert on client books. You will renew policies, bind new leads, and round out accounts to help increase revenue while building strong customer relationships.

Collaborate with onshore/offshore SDU teams, train junior colleagues, and advise clients using your P&C expertise in a high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience in a retail agency or service center.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty license required.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience working in an Agency Management System.
• Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM preferred.
• Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks.
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks.
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions.
• Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues.
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.
