Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our service delivery team. You will be the main point of contact and technical expert for a client book, renewing policies, binding new business leads, and expanding the account.

This remote role requires 5+ years of P&C experience, an active license, and proficiency with Excel and Agency Management Systems. You'll train junior staff and collaborate to meet client needs while supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience in a retail agency or service center.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty license required.
• Excel proficiency and experience with Agency Management System.
• Designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks.
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks.
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions.
• Consult with customers and advise colleagues on insurance solutions.
