Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing service delivery team. You will be the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams to renew policies, bind new leads, and round out accounts to increase revenue.

You will train junior team members, build strong client relationships, and leverage your P&C expertise to advise colleagues while delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage in a retail agency or service center.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency - Excel required.
• Experience working in Agency Management System required.
• Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM.
• Ability to adapt in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business.
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
• Work in Agency Management Systems to complete tasks.
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions.
• Consult with customers and advise colleagues using SME.
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions.
