Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage accounts receivable across designated accounts in a country-wide remote role. You will coordinate with Service Leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and establish payment plans.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, accurate reporting, and proactive problem solving. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research and developing payment plans with customers.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts as single point of contact.
• Prepare and report open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate across levels internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, engaging stakeholders.
• Support customer needs with a customer-focused approach and root-cause analysis.
