Cardinal Health is seeking a full-time remote Collections Specialist in the United States to oversee accounts receivable collections and liaise with offshore teams. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers and internal partners while driving timely payments.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in collections/finance or customer service, and be proficient with MS Office; SAP/Business Objects are a plus. Salary ranges are provided with various benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and Business Objects experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities and expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify issues and determine root causes with stakeholders when offshore operations fall short.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance and communications.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
