Cardinal Health is seeking a detail-oriented Collections professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will dispute research, build payment plans, and foster trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Collaborating with designated account Service Leaders, you’ll report on AR balances, and engage cross-functionally to resolve issues. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of experience
