Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Cloud Capacity Management to own cloud capacity planning and ensure the business meets demand with optimal supply, reservations, and cost control.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance, mentor other planners, and drive AI-enabled forecasting improvements. The role emphasizes partnership across teams, leadership, and a focus on achieving accurate forecasts and timely deliveries in a remote US-based setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure capacity planning, specifically with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to build demand forecasts and scenario models.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud cost management and working with finance teams on reservations and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a rolling capacity forecast to guide investment decisions.
• Compare demand from various sources against available supply and manage reservations.
• Collaborate with sales on lead times and with engineering on capacity protection during maintenance.
• Work with FinOps to reconcile reservations and manage costs.
• Mentor fellow capacity planners and introduce AI tools for improved planning.
• Measure success through accurate forecasts and timely deliveries.
