Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Technical Administrator to provide the administrative support and configuration for clinical systems (Veeva Vault eTMF, CTMS, Zelta, AI platforms). The role emphasizes maintaining validated state and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 and ICH E6(R3).

You will manage user access, support study setup, document changes, and assist audits. Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or IT field is required, with 3+ years in GxP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain clinical system environments (Veeva Vault, TrialInteractive, Zelta, AI platforms) in a validated state.
• Support study setup and deployment.
• Document configuration and maintain change logs.
• Verify dashboards and reports are applied; configure study views.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate upgrades with IT and business owner.
• Support Vault Loader operations and data loading/reconciliation.
• Coordinate Vault-to-Vault connections for CTMS Transfer studies and monitor activity.
