Talent Groups is looking for a seasoned IT/Clinical Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Veeva Vault (CTMS, eTMF, and QMS). This role requires managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in life sciences project management and a strong understanding of GxP guidelines. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure operational success and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct project management or consulting experience in the life sciences industry.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Deep expertise with Veeva Vault Clinical and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Veeva Vault.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
