Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Scientist to support clinical development programs in nephrology, with a focus on rare or immune-mediated kidney diseases. This fully remote role reports to the Executive Medical Director of Clinical Development and will translate clinical strategy into high-quality execution of late-stage trials.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of clinical research experience, strong regulatory and data analysis skills, and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, or related discipline (PharmD, PhD, MS, MPH, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–8 years of clinical research experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience supporting Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 trials.
• Strong understanding of trial design, data review, and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Scientist for one or more Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 studies.
• Contribute to study design, protocol development, and amendments.
• Develop and review study documents (Protocols, ICFs, brochures, CSR).
• Provide scientific oversight to ensure protocol compliance and data quality.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations for start-up, enrollment, and close-out.
