Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to guide late-stage nephrology programs, translating strategy into execution for Phase 2/3 trials. The role is fully remote with periodic travel, reporting to the Executive Medical Director of Clinical Development.

Strong scientific and regulatory background, data-focused mindset, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will design studies, review documents, ensure GCP compliance, and partner with Clinical Operations,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of clinical research experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Experience supporting Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 trials.
• Strong understanding of trial design, data review, and drug development.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and global regs.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinical Scientist for Phase 2/3 studies and contribute to study design and protocol development.
• Develop and review study documents (protocols, ICFs, clinical study reports) and safety plans.
• Provide scientific oversight of study conduct, ensure data quality and protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations for startup, enrollment, execution, and close-out.
