Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Development (Nephrology) to oversee clinical research projects for Rare Kidney Disease. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree with over 12 years of experience in clinical research and nephrology training. This role includes developing clinical strategies and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in clinical research including design and execution of clinical trials in pharma/biotech.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with NDA/BLA submissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global development programs and communicate goals to stakeholders.
• Develop clinical development strategies for rare kidney disease.
• Mentor Clinical Development staff to foster high performance.
