Job summary

Natera is seeking a Director of Clinical Trials to lead our clinical trial support services, interfacing with executive leadership to scale oncology and rare disease programs. You will drive site engagement strategies and manage partnerships to accelerate patient access to therapies.

The role demands 10+ years in pharma/biotech, 5+ years in clinical trials, and strong leadership across BD, data science, product, and marketing.

Qualifications

Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience (pharma, biotech, or diagnostics).
Minimum 5 years of direct experience on clinical trials.
Experience in standing up clinical trial services and health system engagement preferred.
Pharma client engagement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic clinical leadership and escalation point for partnerships.
Lead cross-functional team to translate partner needs into data-driven programs.
Serve as principal medical contact for Pharma Partners; lead contract negotiations.
Drive patient outreach, engagement, and trial enrollment optimization.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and organizational growth.
