Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead full-service oncology studies, including radiopharmaceutical trials, in a remote US setting. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive study start-up through closeout, and maintain project timelines and quality.

You should have extensive clinical trial leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor teams while delivering compliant, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive clinical research project management experience leading full-service trials.
• Experience as overall Project Lead coordinating multiple functional areas from start-up through closeout.
• Strong oncology clinical trial experience.
• Experience with radiopharmaceutical/radioligand trials is highly desired.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and programme management for full-service clinical trials.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership across study start-up, conduct, and closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet timelines, scope, and commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align on project scope.
• Guide oncology studies with radiopharmaceutical experience in execution.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement.
