ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation advancing new medicines to patients faster. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead full-service oncology trials, including radiopharmaceutical studies, with remote US work options.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive timelines and outcomes while mentoring colleagues and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; health/science background preferred.
• Extensive clinical research project management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience as overall Project Lead coordinating multiple functions.
• Strong oncology trial experience; radiopharmaceutical trials highly desired.
• Excellent communication and leadership across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-service clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Manage day-to-day project and programme mgmt activities across cross-functional teams.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across study start-up, conduct, and closeout.
• Coordinate timelines, objectives, and commitments with stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and improvement.
• Develop project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
