Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum Insight unit seeks a Senior Clinical Education Consultant to deliver clinical education for InterQual products remotely. You will tailor curricula and support implementations across IQCI, IQCER and Coordinated Care with client teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and travel about 10% to ensure effective education delivery and outcomes for diverse healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with BSN desirable or health care management degree.
• 6+ years of utilization, review/management, case management and care management experience.
• 4+ years in adult education/training including delivering materials to varied groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education on InterQual products, programs and services to clients.
• Update curriculum with annual reviews and client needs.
• Provide mentoring and consult on education best practices for customers.
