Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a data analytics professional to support clinical and financial decision-making. The role is fully remote for approved states and requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with on-site requirements only as needed for meetings or travel.

You will lead multi-project analysis, collaborate with client teams to define data needs, and develop BI reports that transform complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data strongly preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Recommends data delivery methods balancing data needs and urgency.
• Builds simple to complex reports using BI tools.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial concepts related to data.
