Cynaxus LLC. seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to lead client engagements across our regulated-industry portfolio. This hands-on senior role makes you the primary accountability on engagements, guiding remediation and governance initiatives with senior peers.

You will run cybersecurity assessments, drive remediation programs, and advise executives and boards on strategic decisions, up to audit committees. Remote-first US-based work culture is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in hands-on cybersecurity practice.
• Deep experience in at least two regulated sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for boards and counsel.
• Current CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead security assessments against FFIEC CAT, HIPAA Security Rule, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 as applicable.
• Translate findings into remediation roadmaps with owners, budgets, and timelines.
• Advise executives and represent Cynaxus to client boards and audit committees.
• Drive engagements end-to-end with senior peers.
