Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a results-driven influencer marketing lead to manage a portfolio of beauty brand accounts. You will own end-to-end campaigns, drive renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product to optimize performance.

In this role, you’ll apply data-driven insights, scale opportunities, and lead a small team—if applicable—while maintaining profitability and high client satisfaction. A strong background in beauty marketing and AI-enabled workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
• Experience with beauty brand or agency focusing on beauty.
• Strong campaign execution across Meta and TikTok.
• Proven track record of account growth and retention with numbers.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage workload.
• AI-native approach to integrating AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brand accounts.
• Grow beauty client relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and efficiency.
• Own renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and KPIs.
• Maintain clean tracking and avoid scope creep.
