OpenKrill is seeking a Brand & Category Growth Manager to lead marketing execution across retail, digital, content, and direct-to-consumer channels. This solo role reports to the CEO and emphasizes AI-driven workflows to increase output and efficiency, with a focus on data-backed retail materials and content creation in English and Spanish.

The position is fully remote (LATAM) with U.S. business-hour alignment, requiring strong experience in CPG/retail marketing, data usage, and budget

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, or retail.
• Experience marketing to retailers, distributors, or wholesale partners.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to create campaigns, content, images, videos, tools, or automations.
• Experience developing marketing materials and working with retail or category data.

Responsabilités

• Own the development of buyer decks, sell sheets, and category stories for priority retail accounts.
• Use Circana and sales data to develop data-driven retail marketing materials.
• Develop and execute a consistent content production schedule for social media and website across multiple formats.
• Execute fixed-budget marketing tests and evaluate results.
• Support D2C marketing initiatives with the company website as storefront.
