Job summary

Openkrill is looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to build the function from the ground up for our web-based social networking product. You will own the end-to-end creative strategy across paid channels, working closely with the UA team and growing a team of 6 marketers and designers.

This role focuses on earning emotional trust with a mature audience in Tier-1 markets, testing hypotheses with real volume, and leveraging AI tools to speed production and insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative marketing or creative strategy with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in performance creative and direct-response mindset.
• Experience scaling creatives for Meta, with familiarity of Snapchat or TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS and LTV connections.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative strategy across paid channels, in partnership with UA team
• Run the full creative cycle: research, hypothesis, brief, production, launch and analysis
• Generate original concepts, narratives and messaging for diverse audiences
• Develop and refine a testing methodology with clean execution
• Hire, lead and mentor a team of 6 creatives and designers
• Monitor trends using ad libraries and centers, translating insights into bets
• Embed AI tools to accelerate testing speed and volume
