OpenKrill is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (CPG) to own and execute a scalable growth engine for a founder-led skincare brand. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability by coordinating internal teams, agencies, and creators.

The role is fully remote with EST business hours. Ideal candidates have a track record of scaling physical-product businesses, preferably in skincare or beauty, and can demonstrate measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling a consumer packaged goods (CPG) business with growth ownership and measurable results.
• Ability to show starting point, revenue growth, timeframe, budgets, and personal contribution.
• Strong direct-to-consumer eCommerce and unit economics experience.
• Successful across acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and investment decisions by CAC, LTV, and margin.
• Experience leading teams/agencies while contributing hands-on.
• Experience in skincare, beauty, or personal care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a growth roadmap aligned with revenue, profitability, and retention goals.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, and channels.
• Manage growth budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Set priorities, targets, and testing cadence.
• Align marketing with inventory, launches, and capacity.
• Lead acquisition across paid social, paid search, creator partnerships, and affiliates.
• Oversee internal and external partners, staying involved in execution.
• Monitor CAC, marketing efficiency, and contribution margin to guide spend.
• Scale successful campaigns and improve underperforming channels.
• Explore new channels via structured testing before large commitments.
• Translate insights into priorities for founders.
