Job summary

The Sr. Manager Client Services at Himalayas is a 100% remote role responsible for leading large-scale programs and projects, driving client satisfaction and business growth, and strengthening key client and retailer relationships.

The position oversees program management, research, status reporting, and budget tracking, and drives initiatives to increase participation in Experiential services aligned with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales.
• Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred.
• Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills; Good Sales presentation and development skills
• Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities
• Provide day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking
• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved
• Event/Program Management, to potentially include, program timeline development and management, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices
• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)
• Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports
