Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Client Services to lead large-scale programs, driving client satisfaction and business growth. You will oversee day-to-day management for internal and external clients while strengthening key client and retailer relationships.

Responsibilities include program management, research, status reporting, and budget tracking to align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in CP G industry, sales and marketing agency, customer, or client experience.
• Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities.
• Provide day-to-day program management support to internal or external clients including proposals, research, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking.
• Foster client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution across internal departments.
• Oversee event/program management, including timelines, cost management, and post-analysis.
• Train, coach, and supervise direct reports.
• Set goals and delegate tasks to achieve operational results.
