Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Principal Manager, Client Growth & Success to build strategic partnerships with complex healthcare organizations. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximize client outcomes and value for providers, members, and partners.

The role emphasizes relationship management, problem solving, and delivering measurable client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or similar client-facing role within healthcare.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to align priorities and KPIs.
Navigate complex healthcare organizations and align internally divergent stakeholder priorities.
Develop deep expertise in Twin Health programs, clinical operations, and growth marketing strategies as a high-impact strategic consultant.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
Prepare executive reviews, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations tailored to client goals.
Monitor client health and develop mitigation plans to improve satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
Influence adoption across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups and drive measurable client outcomes.
Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories and reference opportunities.
