Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Director in a remote role with a Chicago preference to lead the Industry Insights team. You will guide Client Managers and Analysts to analyze data using NIQ tools and deliver industry and consumer insights that inform client decisions.

You will drive thought leadership, manage client expectations, and help expand NIQ services through strategic relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, data visualization, and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales roles.
• Strong analytical mind and numerical skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Managers, Associate Client Managers and Analysts to deliver client insights.
• Drive NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission with thought leadership and KPI delivery.
• Ensure team meets KPIs, success metrics, and JBPs execution.
• Coach team to develop probing skills and deliver strategic presentations with impactful insights.
• Manage client expectations in project scoping and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery of insights and briefing forms.
• Develop and convert opportunities to incremental sales through strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to remove roadblocks and drive customer satisfaction.
