Job summary

NIQ's MRI-Simmons unit seeks an Account Director in Chicago or New York City (preferred) to drive growth across agency clients and data-enabled solutions, with ~25% travel and a proactive hunter mindset.

Lead opportunities from discovery to close, build top-tier client relationships, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align client needs with MRI-Simmons capabilities. 7+ years in relevant sales and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in media, advertising, consumer insights, SaaS sales or relevant agency roles.
• Consultative, self-directed seller with a hunter mindset and strong client instincts.
• Proven success prospecting, developing, and closing new business within agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business across activation, enrichment, and data solutions.
• Renew and expand with existing clients; build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Own end-to-end sales process from outreach to close with persistent follow-up.
