NIQ is seeking a Senior Research Manager to own complex custom research programs for leading brands, guiding study design through delivery with emphasis on actionable insights.

You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, ensure quality and rigorous methodology, and translate findings into strategic recommendations. Experience with longitudinal tracking and brand studies is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8+ years in market research or analytics.
• Experience independently managing complex research projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong command of quantitative methods, survey design, and insights development.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex custom research programs end-to-end from design to delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and data visualizations.
• Mentor junior researchers and drive team development.
