Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims remotely across the United States.

You will supervise 1st and 3rd party claims and evaluate coverage questions, partnering with states and brokers to ensure timely resolutions. In this role you will manage claim workflows, guide adjusters, monitor quality, and drive department goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and closure of complex claims.
• Directs workflow and staffing across multiple states for remote operations.
• Provides technical guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement decisions.
• Acts as liaison with partners and brokers to build relationships.
• Manages budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the unit.
• Leads training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff.
