Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group company, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims for a remote role across the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation file handling, in multiple states and provide coverage decisions and settlement guidance.

You will lead operations, oversee workflow, manage staffing, and collaborate with partner states, while ensuring policy compliance and quality service in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Technical experience handling claims within supervisory role(s).
• HS/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually.
• Evaluate coverage questions and approve decisions for claims.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on cases above representative's authority.
• Lead claims operations and liaison with partner states to build relationships.
