Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Associate in Claims (AIC), CPCU and/or ICAR designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Evaluate coverage questions and provide decisions on approval and settlement authority.
• Direct and monitor workflow, staffing, and performance against department goals.
• Lead quality assurance, training, and performance reviews.
• Act as liaison with partners, brokers, and clients; manage catastrophe responses.
