Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Claim Specialist to investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property and casualty claims. You will handle end-to-end claims from intake to resolution, conduct thorough investigations, review policy coverage, and analyze documentation to determine exposure and liability.

You will negotiate settlements within authority limits while maintaining meticulous records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant claims handling experience in property and casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing policy coverage, and analyzing documentation.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
