Bowman Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead a team in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and delivering land development projects while meeting budgets and client goals.

You will leverage extensive project management experience to guide engineers, designers, and CAD technicians, while coordinating marketing and client relations to drive growth and long-term project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in A/E with 3–5 years of project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil project engineers, designers, and CAD staff to plan and execute land development projects.
• Drive marketing outreach and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and agencies.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules; ensure work quality and client satisfaction.
• Review changes, staffing needs, and contract implications to protect profitability.
• Collaborate across offices and with clients to deliver solutions.
