Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join our team remotely in the United States. You will apply administrative, technical, and managerial techniques to ensure successful and timely completion of land surveying projects within budget, while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires extensive surveying experience, project management capabilities, and a strong understanding of financial principles in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred.
• Professional Land Surveying registration preferred.
• Ten or more years of land surveying or related land development experience to include a minimum of two (2) years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams.
• Thorough understanding of financial principles in a consulting business.
• Proven marketing and business development skills.
• Experience managing a Survey Department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and provide leadership for the surveying team.
• Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Maintain liaison with clients to resolve project questions and billing inquiries.
• Oversee all surveying activities and review contract changes and additional work requests.
• Supervise surveying personnel to meet professional standards.
