The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Civil Engineering with Pr Eng registration (ECSA), 10+ years in civil projects and 5+ years in leadership, plus expert skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfraWorks and proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with infrastructure focus.
• PEng registration with ECSA.
• 10+ years in civil engineering with 5+ years leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale development infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and InfraWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and detailed design of civil infrastructure for new developments.
• Oversee planning and execution of roads, earthworks, water/sewer, and stormwater systems.
• Mentor geographically dispersed team via virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Liaise with clients and authorities for approvals and project progress.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments remotely where possible.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and assurance for all deliverables.
• Stay abreast of innovative design technologies and remote project execution methods.
