Placements24 is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead complex projects remotely for clients worldwide. You will manage site investigations, perform advanced analyses, and guide a distributed team of geotechnical professionals.

You will engage with clients, prepare detailed reports and designs, and ensure adherence to geotechnical standards while staying at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive geotechnical experience
• Experience leading complex geotechnical projects and teams
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical site investigations: planning, execution and data interpretation
• Perform advanced geotechnical analyses for foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, and earthworks
• Prepare geotechnical investigation and design reports and technical specifications
• Liaise with clients, project managers and other disciplines to provide expert solutions
• Ensure compliance with geotechnical standards, codes and best practices
• Review and approve geotechnical designs and reports by junior engineers
• Provide technical leadership to a remote geotechnical team
• Manage project schedules and budgets for geotechnical scopes
• Contribute to business development: proposals and client presentations
• Stay updated on emerging geotechnical trends and technologies
