Conrad Consulting Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support land development projects across New York State. This role offers remote work while enabling client engagement, project leadership, and regional business growth.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of civil/site experience, a NY P.E. license, and strong Civil 3D proficiency to deliver high-quality design and client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of civil/site/land development experience.
• P.E. license based in NY.
• Strong grading, civil/site design and Civil 3D experience.
• Knowledge of stormwater management and permitting requirements.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support civil/site design, grading, stormwater management and land development projects.
• Prepare and review engineering plans and design documents using Civil 3D.
• Serve as a technical resource for clients, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and environmental teams to deliver quality project solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
• Support regional growth, proposals and business development initiatives.
