Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our established engineering team in Philadelphia, supporting civil/site design, land development, and environmental projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience through a mix of office design work and field assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• 0-3 years of relevant civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site plans, grading plans, subdivision plans, and land development drawings.
• Assist with stormwater management design, drainage calculations, and analyses.
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans and post-construction stormwater designs.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create surfaces, profiles, cross-sections, and pipe networks.
• Utilize GIS software to support project planning and analysis.
• Participate in field assignments, site evaluations, and project coordination.
• Support client communications, proposals, and project deliverables.
