Conrad Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support land development projects across New Jersey, with remote work from Central or North-Central New Jersey. The role combines engineering excellence with client relationship growth and regional business development.

You will lead design efforts, review plans using Civil 3D, and collaborate with internal teams and leadership to expand the firm's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil/site engineering, site design or land development.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Capable of remote work and independent initiative.
• Experience with Civil 3D is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support civil/site design, grading, and land development projects.
• Prepare and review engineering plans and technical drawings using Civil 3D.
• Serve as a technical resource for clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• Identify new project opportunities and contribute to regional business growth.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and environmental teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Assist with proposals, client development, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with project teams and leadership while working remotely.
