What You’ll Be Leading

• Full site development and civil engineering design—from layout and grading to utilities, paving, erosion control, and stormwater management
• Preparation of full design packages: construction documents, specs, reports, SWPPPs, and cost estimates
• Day-to-day mentoring, review, and support of junior civil engineers and interns
• Coordination with in-house architects, landscape architects, and public agency teams
• Construction admin, site visits, and client meetings to ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in civil engineering, with a focus on stormwater, site development, and public infrastructure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or Landscape Architecture with relevant design experience)
• New York PE license (or EIT on track to get it soon)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; familiarity with HydroCAD or stormwater modeling tools is a plus
• Strong grasp of NY permitting and agency coordination
• Confident communicator and natural collaborator with a hands-on leadership style
