Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of procurement experience.
- Proven track record in category strategy development and supplier relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills for supplier agreements and pricing.
- Ability to analyze supplier performance and market conditions.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialty materials such as biologics and animal tissue.
- Manage supplier relationships to meet quality, delivery, and compliance goals.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing structures aligned with company objectives.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
