For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Category Sourcing Manager - Specialty Materials to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will lead sourcing strategy for specialty materials critical to the company's operations, with a focus on balancing cost, quality, supply continuity, and compliance. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier performance, support qualification and audit activities, and help ensure reliable access to regulated materials. This position also plays a key role in negotiating supplier terms, evaluating market conditions, and driving category decisions that support broader business objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $144,000 – $216,000 annually
