Qualifications

• Proven performer with strong technical knowledge and work experience adjusting or managing workers compensation claims or multi-line claims with emphasis on casualty lines.

Responsibilities

• Identify client exposures and provide customized casualty consulting services to reduce Total Cost of Risk.
• Ensure high-quality service from claims administrators and carrier partners.
• Improve client claim outcomes by analyzing key elements and costs of claims programs.
• Introduce Aon resources and manage projects to meet commitments and deliver results.
• Establish project plans and budgets.
