Job summary

Aon is seeking a Casualty Claims Risk Consultant to deliver client-focused casualty claims services across workers' compensation, auto, and general liability. This remote role supports a dynamic claims portfolio and involves collaboration with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel.

Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in casualty claims, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage a large volume of claims while delivering high-quality, timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven performer with strong technical knowledge and work experience adjusting or managing claims in casualty lines.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review workers' compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims.
• Maintain understanding of status and next steps for all open claims and identify opportunities to move claims toward resolution.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding claim status, barriers to closure, and settlement considerations.
• Coordinate with carriers, TPAs, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper claims progress.
• Develop recurring reporting and analytics to support client decision-making and program oversight.
• Act as a day-to-day extension of the client's claims management team.
